Embodied Flow: A Journey Into Stillness and Presence
– meditation, yoga Nidra, breath & movement
A Transformational 3-Hour Experience
Step into a sacred space where stillness and movement merge to create a profound journey of self-awareness and embodiment. This journey is an immersive experience designed to guide you into deeper connection with yourself through meditation, Pranayama, mindful movement, and intuitive exploration.
We often rush from one moment to the next, disconnected from the grounding rhythm of our breath, the guiding wisdom of our body, and the illuminating presence of our intuition. This experience invites you to slow down, listen, and feel—to truly be in your body, to surrender into the flow of the present moment, and emerge grounded, centered, and aligned with your inner truth.
This journey is open to all levels—whether you are new to yoga, meditation, and movement or a seasoned practitioner, you will be held in a space that allows for deep personal exploration.
What to Expect
Over the course of three hours, we will explore the balance between stillness and flow, creating space for deeper awareness and integration. Each moment is carefully curated and designed to build upon the previous, creating a progressive opening of your consciousness to support your journey inward—allowing you to embrace presence, release tension, and cultivate a sense of deep connection with your inner world.
- Opening & Intention Setting – We begin by creating a safe and supportive space, guiding you into presence through a grounding meditation and intention-setting practice.
- Breath & Stillness – Through guided Pranayama and meditation, we cultivate inner harmony and prepare the mind for deeper stillness to observe sensations and subtle energetic shifts.
- Intuitive Movement & Flow – Engage in gentle, mindful movement that encourages your body to express freely, allowing energy to flow, emotions to surface, and wisdom to reveal itself.
- Rest & Reflection – A moment of pause for integration. Through journaling prompts to encourage self-inquiry, we will deepen our understanding of what arises, helping to distill insights into further reflection.
- The Power of Presence – Partner practices such as eye gazing, mirroring, and conscious listening will invite us to experience connection in new ways, illuminating the subtleties of how we hold space for ourselves and others.
- Embodied Stillness & Yoga Nidra – A deeply restorative Yoga Nidra practice invites profound rest and integration, where the mind travels deeper into the present moment to embrace all that has arisen.
- Closing Circle & Integration – We conclude with shared reflections and ways to bring these practices into daily life.

To fully immerse yourself in this experience, we encourage you to:
