JaKenna Gilbert
JaKenna Gilbert is a 200HR trained Vinyasa, Hatha and Yin Yoga teacher, with an additional 90HR Pre- and Post-Natal certification.
She has a passion for bringing movement, breath and mindfulness together into her classes, to create a space for inward reflection, physical exploration, and deep relaxation.
She often weaves in guided visualisations and mediations to ground and focus the energy of the class, offering a holistic mind-body connection throughout the practice.
She herself has been practicing yoga for 20 years before beginning her teaching journey in 2023, and her approach to teaching is rooted in being a student first and exploring further from this mindset.
