This is the workshop for anyone who wishes to blend semi free, explorative movements with informative strengthening exercises in their yoga practice.
Finding the sweet spot between soft, intuitive explorations of the body whilst priming the joints and tissues for a sustainable yoga practice can be tricky.
In this workshop you will learn tools and ideas for a caring, joyful and well rounded way of practicing. Movements that target fascia slings, eases up the whole body as well as strengthen sleepy parts will be the main focus as we explore together.
The workshop is suitable for students as well as yoga teachers.
Main take away will be:
-Learning movement strategies for a soft yet strong experience of the body.
-How to implement conscious, supporting breathing in any yoga posture/movement.
-Ideas on how to keep the practice joyful, challenging and caring.
-Learning fascia slings to unwind the whole body
And much more!
